1枚目は生後3日のルイ王子の単独写真。目をパチッと開けているルイ王子の写真を初めて見た王室のファンたちは、故ダイアナ妃が生まれたばかりのウィリアム王子を抱いた写真と比較し、「ルイ王子とウィリアム王子はそっくり！」と驚きの声を上げている。
2枚はちょうどシャーロット王女が3歳の誕生日を迎えた5月2日に、王女が弟のルイ王子を抱えておでこにキスをしているという愛らしい写真。どちらの写真もキャサリン妃が撮影したという。3年前、シャーロット王女が誕生したときも、兄のジョージ王子が抱えて額にキスをしている写真が公開された。

1枚目のルイ王子着ている真っ白なベビー服は過去にシャーロット王女が過去に着用したもので、2枚目のシャーロット王女が着ているカーディガンはジョージ王子のお下がり。子ども服を素晴らしいコンディションで保管し、再活用しているキャサリン妃に称賛の声も。
